Delete your Rahma account
You can request permanent deletion of your Rahma account and associated data at any time.
Request account deletion
If you cannot access the app, or prefer to submit your request through the web, email:
Send the request from the email address associated with your Rahma account and use the subject:

We may ask you to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the deletion request.
Delete your account directly in Rahma
You can also delete your account directly from within the Rahma app:
- Sign in to Rahma.
- Open your Profile.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, Rahma deletes your account and personal information associated with that account, including your profile information and account credentials.
User-created content associated with your account will also be deleted or disassociated from your account where applicable.
Data that may be retained
Certain limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
